Crocify Refund Policy

At Crocify, we want you to love your charms as much as we do. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle refunds.

Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Mystery Charm Packs

  • Sale items

  • Any charms that have been used or show signs of wear

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We’ll replace it or refund you — whichever you prefer.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using tracked shipping, as we can’t refund items lost in transit.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we may have already started packing your charms.
