Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your charms on the way quickly.

Incorrect Address

Please double‑check your shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we cannot replace or refund the order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

• UK Standard: 2–5 business days

• International: 5–14 business days (varies by country)

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

Crocify ships internationally from the United Kingdom. Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.

We are unable to predict what these charges may be, as customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
